Somers, a case appearing before the Supreme Court this term. The Supreme Court’s ruling is highly anticipated as it will clarify the interplay between whistleblower protections under the Dodd-Frank Act versus the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and potentially redefine how employers respond to internal whistleblowers.
