Traditional Bankruptcy Services

Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP has a broad traditional bankruptcy practice representing secured and unsecured trade creditors, landlords and tenants, asset and debt purchasers, and defendants in preference and fraudulent transfer litigation in virtually every major chapter 11 case filed nationally in the last fifteen years.  We have also represented chapter 7, chapter 11 and liquidation trustees as well as post-confirmation plan administrators in numerous complex regional and national bankruptcy cases.  In these engagements, we have initiated thousands of complex avoidance action litigation claims, resolved countless of objections to secured, unsecured and priority claims, pursued collection of large account receivables, and liquidated assets for hundreds of millions of dollars for the benefit of creditors.
