Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger is honored to have hosted the Private Directors Association Program on June 11, 2019, in Chicago. SFGH partner Jeremy Waitzman moderated the first program in the three part-series which focused on "Family Owned Businesses” which covered the unique aspects of family business boards. The program also featured fantastic perspectives from panelists Kristi Daeda, Gail Golden and Dennis Kessler.
