Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP Strengthens Litigation Practice with Additions of John Martin and Sharon Doherty Sirott

Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP (“SFGH”) announced Wednesday that John Martin and Sharon Doherty Sirott have joined its litigation practice as partners. 

John’s law practice is devoted to providing representation and counsel in complex business disputes, including contractual, fiduciary, and attorney professional responsibility matters. Over the course of his career, spanning three decades, John has handled multi-million dollar commercial litigation, including opposing multistate class and shareholder litigation and the defense of direct and derivative claims against corporate and ERISA fiduciaries.

Sharon is an experienced litigator and trusted advisor whose practice has been focused on complex commercial litigation. Sharon’s broad experience includes cases in federal and state courts, as well as numerous arbitrations and mediations, including class actions, contractual disputes, trade secret claims and restrictive covenant claims. Sharon also has experience handling internal investigations for clients
