SFGH serves as counsel to HYPERAMS on its purchase of assets from Frontier Bulk Solutions.
SFGH is proud to announce that it served as exclusive legal advisor to HYPERAMS, a full-service auction, appraisal, retail advisory and liquidation, and reverse logistics firm serving North America on the purchase of assets from Frontier Bulk Solutions, a major East Coast based wood mulch manufacturer and supplier. The equipment included horizontal and tub grinders, wheel loaders and excavators, a screener, several day-cab tractors and trailers, a coloring system, and numerous other vehicles. We congratulate HYPERAMS on this successful transaction.
