SFGH Represents Morgan Administration Inc. et al. in Confirming Chapter 11 Liquidating Plan
SFGH congratulates its Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors' Rights Group on its recent representation of Morgan Administration, Inc. and its affiliated debtor entities, better known as “Home Owners Bargain Outlet,” or “HOBO,” in confirming their joint chapter 11 liquidating plan before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
The SFGH team, led by partner Jonathan Friedland, and joined by partners Mark Melickian and Lisa Vandesteeg, represented the Debtors in their chapter 11 cases, seeing the cases through from filing to plan confirmation. The SFGH team working on the HOBO cases since filing in October 2018 also included SFGH attorneys Jack O’Connor and Hajar Jouglaf. The cases will now continue to be administered under the chapter 11 plan, which was confirmed by order of the Bankruptcy Court on September 12, 2019.
