SFGH Partners Mark Melickian and Michael Brandess served as co-Editor in Chief and Contributing Editor for ABI book, “Chapter 12 from A to Z: A Guide to Bankruptcies of Family Farmers and Family Fishermen.”
Mark Melickian served as co-Editor in Chief and Michael Brandess served as Contributing Editor for the ABI’s first full-length treatise on Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code. The book offers a comprehensive look at an important but often overlooked chapter of the Bankruptcy Code that is available only to family-run farms and fishing operations.
