On April 17, 2019, SFGH partners Henry Krasnow and Michael Brandess will give a presentation to the Chicago Bar Association entitled “Risks, Challenges and Opportunities: Family Businesses and Financial Distress.” The presentation will address the numerous, but often overlooked, opportunities and pitfalls for family businesses facing financial difficulties. Henry has worked with entrepreneurial family and privately-held businesses to develop strategies to solve their business/legal problems by focusing on the risks, costs and impact on profitability of the available alternatives.
