On Friday, December 21, Michelle Huhnke will participate in a webcast panel discussion titled “Public Charities from Start to Finish.” Michelle will focus on key governance and liability issues for non-profit board members and will address the nuts-and-bolts of public charity tax and information reporting. She will also speak on the ethics of representing exempt organizations. This portion of the presentation features ripped-from-the-headlines charitable scandals and success stories. Michelle is a frequent speaker on these issues and has more than 20 years’ experience in representing donors and charities.
