SFGH Partner Michelle Huhnke to teach National Business Institute seminar entitled “Using Trusts in Estate Planning and Asset Protection"
On November 29 and 30, 2018, Michelle Huhnke will join other prominent Chicago estate planners in teaching a two-day seminar called “Using Trusts in Estate Planning and Asset Protection.” Michelle will address the area of charitable trusts, including focusing on the income, estate and gift tax advantages of charitable giving. She will also speak on trust administration issues, with a focus on recent statutory developments that affect Illinois trust planning. Michelle is a frequent speaker in the area of legal ethics and will speak on avoiding fiduciary and ethical liabilities.
