SFGH Partner Mark Melickian and Associate Jack O’Connor recently co-authored an article for the November 2018 The Bankruptcy Strategist entitled “Debtor v. UST: The Battleground Over Retention of a Chief Restructuring Officer.” The article covers current issues surrounding the retention of chief restructuring officers in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in light of recent contests to these engagements recently raised by the Office of the U.S. Trustee.
