SFGH Partner Lisa Vandesteeg and Associate Kathryn Nadro author article appearing in the ABI Journal entitled “Hand-Offs to CROs, U.S. Trustee Interceptions and Avoiding Fiduciary Fumbles”
SFGH Partner Lisa Vandesteeg and Associate Kathryn Nadro recently authored an article in the December 2018 ABI Journal entitled “Hand-Offs to CROs, U.S. Trustee Interceptions and Avoiding Fiduciary Fumbles.” Vandesteeg and Nadro contribute to the ongoing discussion in the restructuring community regarding the effect of the United States Trustee’s Office taking a stricter approach to retention of chief restructuring officers in chapter 11 proceedings and offer an opinion on how courts should approach this matter to better serve the policies underlying the Bankruptcy Code.
