New Workplace Transparency Act Requires Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training for All Illinois Employers
The Illinois Human Rights Act (the “Act”) has been amended to expand workplace mandates to prevent and respond to sexual harassment. Effective January 1, 2020, all Illinois employers will have to provide annual sexual harassment training and written policies for their employees.
