On April 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP partner Elizabeth (Lisa) Vandesteeg sat as a panelist for the first episode of a Financial Poise webinar series titled Valuation in Corporate Transactions. The overall series considers broadly how valuation experts go about their work to determine the price market participants are willing to pay or receive to transact a sale of a security, a business or a discrete asset. The first episode will analyze how to best go about identifying and retaining the right expert for any given situation.
