On January 18, 2017, Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP partner Jonathan Friedland sat as a panelist for the first episode of a West LegalEd Center webinar series titled Business Law Dumbed Down. The overall series holistically considers the dizzying array of choices and issues which individuals and entities face in corporate and commercial law from the outset of the business until the termination of their interest in it. The first episode analyzed formation issues, including entity choice, venue, and capitalization, among other start-up hurdles.
