Jonathan Friedland represented the successful purchaser of the assets of Z Bakery, a commercial bakery, out of an assignment for the benefit of creditors in Illinois. The auction was approved on August 16, 2016. Big Shoulders Capital was the senior secured lender and Rally Capital was the Assignee.
