On May 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP partner Vanessa Schoenthaler will moderate the third episode in a series of webinars for West LegalEd Center titled Securities Law Made Simple. The overall series analyzes the statues, rules, regulations and judicial precedent and their impact on business in a way that is understandable to business owners and executives without much background in the areas . Episode #3 will focus on high-level overview of key public company reporting and disclosure requirements, including the latest developments brought about by the Dodd-Frank Act, JOBS Act, FAST Act and, most recently, the SEC's Disclosure Effectiveness Initiative.
