Jonathan Friedland to lead discussion about chapter 11 in bankruptcy seminar
On June 1, 2021, SFGH partner Jonathan Friedland will present on traditional chapter 11 at North Dakota’s State Bar Association’s “Bankruptcy Law Update: Virtual Seminar.” The presentation entitled, “Dealing with Corporate Stress: The Life Cycle of a Ch. 11 Case,” will take the audience through a guided tour of the fundamental stages of a chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and provide a framework for understanding the chapter 11 process.
