On February 22, 2017, Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP partner Jonathan Friedland sat as a panelist for the second episode of a West LegalEd Center webinar series titled Business Law Dumbed Down. The overall series holistically considers the dizzying array of choices and issues which individuals and entities face in corporate and commercial law from the outset of the business until the termination of their interest in it. The second episode analyzed governance issues, including fiduciary duties, manager vs. member management, and other power sharing considerations.
