Etahn Cohen discusses Article 9 secured transactions during webinar sponsored by Financial Poise and West Legal
Etahn Cohen served as a panelist for a webinar covering Article 9 – Secured Transactions. Etahn, and his co-panelists, discussed the basics of obtaining and perfecting a security interest in various types of collateral. Also, the seminar discussed the effects of other laws on Article 9 security interests and other issues of concern to secured parties.
