David Madden publishes article on Commercial Bankruptcy Alternatives entitled, “Corporate Debtors’ Attorney Client Privilege in the Hands of the Bankruptcy Trustee”

SFGH attorney David Madden’s article, “Corporate Debtors’ Attorney Client Privilege in the Hands of the Bankruptcy Trustee”, was recently published by Commercial Bankruptcy Alternatives.  The article cautions attorneys representing debtors in business bankruptcy cases that the bankruptcy trustee can gain access to their attorney-client privileged communications with the business debtor.  David concentrates his practice in restructuring and creditors’ rights, commercial and probate litigation, and business transactions.  Commercial Bankruptcy Alternatives is a website that publishes articles in plain English for business professionals who are not specialists in the fields of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring.
